It feels like summer is in full bloom, now. And I am just so desperate for you to join us, baby, wherever you might be. My sighs are pick me prayers and my only wish is for you. 

I started taking prenatal vitamins this month, filling my body with the nutrients to bring you earthside. And we went back to New York only to realize it wasn't quite as we remembered it. So happy to be in Massachusetts. We watch You're a Good Man Charlie Brown on a lawn in Newburyport and I imagined holding you on our picnic blanket; what secrets will your tiny fingers hold? 

Home again, we keep playing the Waiting Game. I count the days like hieroglyphics, make granola for yogurt, binge Stranger Things, add songs to a playlist full of lullabies. Dream of you.
